I always return here because the staff's kindness, like helping me with plug adaptors, made my first stay special. It has everything I need—wi-fi, free parking, a nice restaurant, and a pool. Perfect for my next trip!

It was surely a pleasant overnight stay on a long road trip. The breakfast was hot and the staff were incredibly helpful! I appreciated a TV set and a balcony in the a nice size room.

The location of this hotel is great, being just a short walk from the lake and the facilities, including Victoria Lake Park and the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find Cold Rock nearby, where they had some tasty snacks and drinks. 🍦.

Well presented place with marvellous views of the lake. Amazing food, excellent and ideal location to the major supermarkets. And really close to the restaurant or reception, park and shops and the lake located.

The lake view was excellent, and the room was neat and stylish. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Its location is fantastic, right next to a well-appointed restaurant, making it a pleasure to stroll around. I also enjoyed a meal at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

I had a really enjoyable stay here. the value for the price was great, and everything was top-notch quality. Plus, the location of the restaurant was fantastic! 🍽️.

A beautiful location opposite the lake and walking trails. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city centre, restaurants and railway station. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was immaculate.

There was some noise from people using the restaurant and parking outside the hotel rooms at night.

Rooms soundproof - did not hear anyone else in facility

Excellent Service and Warm Hospitality

The service at this hotel truly exceeded our expectations with friendly staff and delicious meals at the restaurant. However, the inconsistency in room service hours and communication about breakfast timing could be improved for a more seamless guest experience.

Uncomfortable bed not enough blankets and the pillows were terrible. Noisy a/c.

Easy to find coming into Shepparton.

Noisey heater. Broken toilet.
